Refund & cancellation policy
Applies to tuition collected by Datastream Nest
1. Eligibility window
Full refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of payment provided the cohort has not accessed proprietary lab VPN credentials or downloaded signed syllabus bundles. Accessing either milestone waives the full-refund window except where law mandates otherwise.
2. Partial refunds after lab access
If you withdraw after accessing labs but before the third synchronous session, we may retain a documented administrative fee not exceeding fifteen percent (15%) of list price to cover rack reservations and mentor scheduling. Amounts appear on your invoice annex before payment.
3. Non-refundable items
Third-party examination vouchers, custom hardware shipments, and employer-specific legal reviews are non-refundable once procurement begins. Orbit Audit engagements are non-refundable after the kickoff call described in your statement of work.
4. Process steps
Email ledger@datastreamnest.digital with your cohort ID, reason for withdrawal, and banking coordinates. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a written decision within ten business days unless additional fraud checks extend the timeline (we will explain why).
5. Processing time
Approved refunds post within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment rail where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate a domestic wire to a Republic of Korea account in the participant’s name.
6. Cancellation by Datastream Nest
If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or force majeure, you receive a full refund or credit toward a future intake—your choice. Credits expire twenty-four months from issuance and are non-transferable except with written approval.
7. Exceptions & disputes
Misconduct violations that trigger removal under the compliance archive are not eligible for refund. Disputes may be escalated to the Korean Consumer Agency mediation procedures in parallel with good-faith negotiations.
